Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

RadarJobs ("we", "us") operates a remote job discovery service at radarjobs.pages.dev. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
• Preferences: the role, region and minimum salary you choose when you sign up, used only to filter the job digest we send you.
• Subscription data: the plan you are on, its status and renewal date. Card details are never stored by us.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept by our hosting and database providers for security and abuse prevention.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only receive a customer identifier, the subscription status and the renewal date — never your card number.

4. Job listings

Job data is collected from publicly available company career pages and public job-board APIs. It contains company information, not personal data about applicants. We do not build profiles of candidates from it.

5. Who processes data on our behalf

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU/US hosted)
• Paddle — payments and tax handling
• Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN
• GitHub — stores the generated job feed file

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use a single session token stored in your browser so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep it

Account and subscription data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and subscription record; payment records may be retained by Paddle as required by tax law.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to paolosarayagallegos@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users.
